These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RuixLabs websites, mobile applications, software products, premium features, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using any RuixLabs website, app, or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Our Services

RuixLabs provides software applications and digital tools for productivity, planning, scheduling, tracking, organization, and general utility purposes.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:

  • misuse or interfere with the Services

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services except where permitted by law

  • use the Services in a way that harms RuixLabs, other users, or third parties

2. Accounts and Access

Some features may require access through app stores, platform accounts, subscriptions, or future account-based functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, login credentials, and access methods.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, abuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some RuixLabs apps may offer premium features, in-app purchases, or auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly and yearly plans.

Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or other platform account when your purchase is confirmed.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Renewal Charges

Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID settings, App Store settings, or the relevant platform account settings.

Free Trials

If free trials are offered, any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Pricing

Subscription prices may vary by region, platform, and product and may change from time to time.

Restore Purchases

Eligible purchases may be restored using the restore purchase feature provided in the app, subject to platform rules and technical availability.

4. App Features and Availability

We may add, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time, including both free and premium features.

We aim to keep our Services available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any specific feature.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, text, graphics, icons, logos, interface designs, layouts, and other materials provided by RuixLabs are owned by or licensed to RuixLabs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our Services without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

6. User Content

Some Services may allow you to create or store content such as notes, schedules, records, settings, task information, financial tracking, and other personal entries.

You remain responsible for the content you create and store.

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, misleading, or prohibited content.

We do not claim ownership of your personal content, but we may require limited rights necessary to operate and provide the Services.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may rely on third-party platforms and providers such as Apple App Store, payment systems, subscription systems, analytics tools, or hosting services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RuixLabs disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Services will always be available

  • the Services will be error-free

  • the Services will meet every user’s expectations

  • data loss, interruptions, or bugs will never occur

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RuixLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or service interruptions resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

If liability applies, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Service during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if:

  • you violate these Terms

  • we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse

  • required by law or platform policy

  • we discontinue the Services or part of them

You may stop using our Services at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.

Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where RuixLabs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
